FULLY EQUIPPED SUSPENSION WORKSHOP

Our suspension workshop is equipped with a state of the art shock dyno, as used by F1 and Moto GP teams, machining facilities, digital spring rater and specialised suspension tools and equipment. The shock dyno allows us to print out a chart of your shock's performance, very much like an engine dyno, show you the modifications needed, and print out a final chart showing the results. Our machining facilities also allow us to create customised parts where existing aftermarket options may not quite meet your needs, often cheaper than existing aftermarket components.

All suspension work at Full Force Racing Components is done by an extremely experienced suspension specialist who not only races motocross and pro enduro, but has 12 years of experience in suspension tuning and making customised suspension components for motorbikes, off road buggies and world rally cars.

CUSTOMISING YOUR SUSPENSION TUNING

Full Force Racing Components tunes your bike's suspension handling to suit your style of riding, experience and weight. Suspension tuning typically involves revalving, adjusting oil levels, spring replacement if needed, shock shaft replacement, alternative shock and fork pistons, adjusters, emulators and replacement shims etc. Even where your stock components are in good shape and well designed, they are still produced for a 'typical' rider and often need adjustment to suit your riding style.

Is your motorbike too tall for you? FFRC can usually lower your bike up to 5cm in a way that minimises any impact on handling.
